No doubt about it, Asus Zenfone is my favorite Android phone brand. After all, Asus is one of my favorite gadget brands. And yes, I am writing this post on an Asus Vivobook. No wonder I am super excited for the Asus Zenfone 4 Philippine Launch today. And luckily Asus hosted a Launch Livestreaming Party here in Davao. With our very own Gong Yoo in attendance.

Today, 6 models were introduced during the Asus Zenfone 4 Philippines Launch. All units have cameras that perform well in low light. Something I have appreciated even in past Asus Zenfone units. And all have wide angle capabilities. Excited to try what that is all about.

Launched during the event are the Asus Zenfone 4, the Asus Zenfone 4 Pro, the Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie, the Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie, the Asus Zenfone 4 Max, and the Asus Zenfone 4 Max Pro.

Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie

The Zenfone Selfie is the world’s leading 4k selfie video. It is powerful enough to do awesome high def live videos. One of the features that made the Asus Zenfone Live exciting is its capability to deliver incredible live videos. Combined with the Zenfone Selfie’s features, livestreaming with Zenfone is now even more beautiful.

Plus, it has a 16 MP Sony IMX351 rear camera. It has 64GB internal memory and a 3000 mAh battery with fast charging.

Asus Zenfone 4

Asus’ flagship Zenfone 4 is simply incredible. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 with a 64-bit Octa-Core 14 nm processor running on a RAM of 6GB. The model has Android 7 and ASUS ZenUI 4.0. It has an amazing 5.5-inch Super IPS FHD display with 600 nits brightness. The new Zenfone smartphone has an internal memory of 64GB and can support a MicroSD card up to 2TB. All this is powered by a 3300 mAh battery.

The Zenfone 4 has 2 rear cameras. A 12MP Sony IMX362 with large f/1.8 aperture. Another rear camera is an 8MP camera with f/2.2 aperture with 120 degree wide view. The front camera is an 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. Cameras designed to give its user superb photos and video in any light condition.

Asus Zenfone 4 Max

Finally, my favorite, the Asus Zenfone 4 Max. I saved the best for last, of course.

The Zenfone 4 Max has a 5000 mAh battery with Power Master Technology. More than its supercharged battery, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 64 Bit Octa-Core Processor with Android 7.1.1 and ASUS ZenUI 4.0 and a 3GB RAM. It has a 1280 x 720 5.5-inch IPS HD. It comes with a 32GB Internal Memory and can support up to 256GB MicroSD card.

Of course it has a powerful camera, as well. It has 3 cameras! The model also comes with a 13 MP F2.0 aperture, Focal lngth 26mm, 80 degrees field of view, EIS for shake-free videos (perfect for me!), LED flash, and 0.03 auto-focus.

It also has a wide angle camera capable of 120 degree wide angle and with 12 mm focal length.

Lastly, it has an 8MP front camera with F2.2 aperture, focal length of 24mm and 85 degrees field of view.

And this incredible smartphone is only priced at PhP9,995.

Celebrity Endorsers at the Asus Zenfone 4 Philippine Launch

Along with the Zenfone 4 Series models, also launched during the new Asus Zenfone 4 Ambassador, Bea Alonzo. Bea shared her love for capturing moments and how her Asus Zenfone 4 has helped her take incredible photos, even in low light.

Gong Yoo‘s tv ads for Asus Zenfone 4 were also launched during the Asus Zenfone 4 Philippine Launch.

And to encourage every Selfie owner to take selfies with a purpose, Asus Philippines revealed their partnership with Operation Smile. During the Asus Zenfone 4 Philippine Launch, Timothy Lu, Director for Strategic Partnerships of Operation Smile Philippines shared the advocacy of Operation Smile.
