Bothered by acne? I am! This past year or so, I have had some recurring acne just below my mouth, in my chin area. And I have been using acne patches to cover it up and to help hasten its removal and healing. Night Time Patches

Most people, like me, are more keen to use Acne Patches at night or just at home because it is unsightly. Most brands promise to remove the acne spot overnight, while you are sleeping. To be fair, most of them do just that. The Luxe Organix Hydrocolloid Acne Patch for Night Time does the same at a more affordable price point.

Their Night Time Patches cost only P199 for 48 pieces. A pack contains 48 pieces of 1.2 cm patches. Each patch has a bevel shape and an easy peel tab to make application easy and hygienic.

Waterproof

The Night Time Patches are waterproof and has strong adhesion. So even when you wear it the prescribed maximum of 12 hours, it will not peel off by itself. Not even when you splash a bit of water on it while brushing your teeth. Or even when you are super oily like me.

The patches claim to have good pus and oil absorption. And the label claims to reduce inflammation, as well.

The Day Time Patches are made of Acrylates Copolymer, Sodium Carboxylmethyl Cellulose, and Hot Melt Adhesive.

It does not contain any additional active ingredients which may irritate your skin or cause allergies.

Day Time Patches

The Luxe Organix Hydrocolloid Acne Patch for Day Time are also a must-have.

They are thinner and has two sizes. One box contains 28 pieces of 0.8 cm patches and 20 pieces of 1.0 cm patches. These are labeled as ultra-thin. The patches are clear and are easier to conceal with day cream, liquid foundation, or concealer.

UV Protection

It claims to absorb pus and oil and minimize acne marks. It protects your acne spot from dust and bacteria to lessen the chances of infection.

The Luxe Organix Hydrocolloid Acne Patch for Day Time offers UV Protection. This will help minimize the hyperpigmentation or darkening of your acne marks.

Active Ingredients

The Day Time Patches are made of Acrylates Copolymer, Sodium Carboxylmethyl Cellulose, and Hot Melt Adhesive.

The following are its active ingredients: Salicylic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tea Tree Leaf Oil. Salicylic Acid and Tea Tree Oil are popular ingredients used for anti-acne products. Meanwhile, Sodium Hyaluronate is a component of many moisturizers and is said to be safe to use even for those with sensitive skin.

Why I Love Them

I have tried other acne patches from other brands but my favorites are the Luxe Organix Acne Patches. Both are effective in removing the pus and oil from my acne in just a few hours. And they also help in flattening the acne and in lightening the marks.

The Acne Patches for Day Time are indeed ultra thin and are not visible when I have to take photos or videos. Plus, they stay on even I put day cream or liquid foundation over it. It also helps to keep the acne protected from dust, makeup, and possible infection.

I use the Day Time Patches when there an acne suddenly pops up before I have to take a photo or shoot a video. Or there are also times when the Night Time Patch takes out most of my acne but a teeny tiny bit is left. Or when the acne spots still feel a bit raw and sensitive, I cover them up before I apply makeup.

Anti-Acne Skincare

Another popular Anti-Acne Luxe Organix product is the Miracle Repair Serum. Right now, my skincare routine plus the acne patches are working well to control my acne situation. But I want to get a bottle of the serum to see if it will make my skincare routine even more effective.
