Elo! I have not posted my favorites in a while so here are some of my 2023 Favorite Room Devices. These are items that I cannot categorize, mostly stuff in my room that I use daily. I will be making a separate post for my favorite skincare and favorite makeup finds.

My 2023 Favorite Room Devices

Aside from my laptops and smartphones, I have several devices and small appliances in my room that make daily life more convenient. Here are some of the must-buy items in my room right now:

• Vacuum Cleaner;
• Air Purifier;
• blk Skincare Fridge;
• TP-Link Mesh Device;
• Candle Warmer; and
• 360 Phone Holder with Fill Light.

Vacuum Cleaners

I already have a dust mite cleaner and a larger Deerma Vacuum Cleaner. But I was still happy when I was gifted a Mijia Handheld Wireless Vacuum Cleaner. I use all three regularly.

First, I bought the Dust Mite Cleaner during the quarantine in 2020 since I felt like I had to take extra precautions in making sure my bed, pillows, and other areas of my room are free from dust mites. I am asthmatic and allergic to dust and many other things.

In 2021, I was gifted the Deerma Vacuum Cleaner. And it helped in keeping my room a bit more cleaner and get rid of dust and other small particles. And just recently, somebody gave me another vacuum cleaner. This time, a much smaller, handheld, wireless vacuum cleaner. I keep this by my bedside and use it to clean up smaller spaces.

Air Purifier

The next one is a no-brainer. An air purifier is now a must-have, with COVID and poor air quality.

Currently, I have the One Home K2 Air Purifier in my room. Ever since I started using an air purifier, my asthma attacks and allergies have significantly lessened.

I used to have the K5 but a strong thunderstorm fried it along with a few other devices in my room. So do take necessary precautions. Turn off and unplug your devices when there is a strong thunderstorm.

I still prefer the K5 because of the air quality indicator and I do plan to upgrade again soon.

Skin Care Fridge

One of the small appliances I am super grateful to have in my room is my small blk Skin Care Fridge. I have the fridge near my bed, which makes it convenient for me to get any of the skincare items inside and apply the products right after taking a shower or right before sleeping.

The one I got was a special limited item from blk Cosmetics.

Mesh Device

I will probably talk about this more on my tech blog, Technomaria.com but I would also like to highly recommend the TP-Link Mesh Devices we use here at home.

Basically, a mesh system allows your wireless internet connection (in our case PLDT Fibr) reach more places throughout your home. And the signal is more stable, too.

In our case, we live in a 2 storey house with an annex. My cousin bought mesh devices so the internet signal would be stable in their room and I followed suit. Before I added a device in my room, the internet speed would be fast but not too stable. It was common to get disconnected during an MLBB game or to suddenly have a speed drop while streaming.

If you want better and more stable internet speed throughout your home, consider using a mesh system.

Candle Warmer

Finally, my last recommendation is something you might like if you enjoy lighting candles.

This candle warmer has been in my cart for quite a while. And when I finally bought it, it lived up to my expectations. I enjoy lighting scented soy candles but I am asthmatic. So even if the lighted candles produced minimal smoke, I cannot light it often. With that candle warmer, that hassle has been eliminated. So I can enjoy my favorite coffee and lavender candles more often.
